The year most people describe as the dreadful year. The year when your life clock reaches 30 years of age. Hold up wait! Stop the Tape! 30! Yea I’m not freaking out, I’m not going through drastic changes and anxiety attacks over my goals and accomplishments. I’m happy to reach 30, I thank God. I’m happy to be surrounded with people I can enjoy life with, friends and family that support my creativity and inspire me to become more.

At this age you begin to realize the things you can an can’t tolerate and the things that make you happy. Though getting older does come with many sad times. As you get older people that made an impact on your growing process start to fade away. There have been some major losses but with the losses the addition of new members of the family arise. Experiencing the cycle of life and death becomes a rapid reoccurring story. Happy then sad then happy then sad over and over and over. It’s a never ending cycle of life that we cannot control, we can however make the best of our situations and be positive.

Since 30 is so well recognized as one of the important milestones in someones life I choose to make it an unforgettable year, with the help of friends and family. I did some traveling, I started a website for a brand I’m developing and made some promising connections in the world of music and entertainment.
